1. Stop selling

Users can stop the sale of a rate plan, which means the room types applicable to the plan can no longer be sold at the rates specified in the plan.

IMPORTANT: To discontinue a rate plan, you must stop its sale. Simply canceling the mapping or deleting the plan is insufficient, as rate data configured before stopping sales will remain transmitted to the OTA.
